Russian phrases for a librarian

I work in a library and a lot of the patrons only speak Russian. Some of them bring their kids with them and they speak a little English, but sometimes it's hard to get what you need to know out of a five-year-old, and I've already forgotten almost everything I learned in my one Russian class years ago.  

Does anyone who speaks Russian know some phrases I might be able to use in the library? Things like...

- This is due in three weeks.
- You should ask our reference librarian, David. He's over there.
- You should ask at the front desk.
- Someone else checked that book out.
- Put the paper in first, put in 20 cents, then push the button.
- Our Russian section is over here.
- This is overdue, so there's a $1.00 late fee.
- I don't know how to use the copier.
- You can take out eight books at a time.

Or any other niceties you might say in Russian to a customer.

Thank you, I really appreciate it if you can help. It'd mean a lot to all of us.
